Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@curepills247.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
B-37, 2nd Floor, DDA Sheds, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi 110020.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We charge no delivery fee for orders above Rs. 500. Below Rs. 500 order value, there is a charge of Rs. 50. Payment can be done online in our platform (we support payment through UPI) or during delivery. These policies will be reviewed periodically by the company.
Curepills Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. tries to deliver orders committed day or latest by the 7 days. However, in case of any inventory challenges or holidays, deliveries may take time. We will try to make these delays as less as possible to keep customer commitments.
